Free Trial

All FlipBlip subscriptions include a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. You may cancel at any time during the trial and you will not be billed.

No Refunds After Billing Begins

Because FlipBlip products are digital tools delivered immediately upon subscription activation, and because every subscription includes a 14-day free trial period to evaluate the product before any charge occurs, we do not offer refunds once a payment has been processed.

By subscribing and allowing your trial period to lapse into a paid subscription, you acknowledge that you have had full access to evaluate the product and agree that no refund is due.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Lemon Squeezy customer portal. Cancellation stops future billing. You will retain access to the tool through the end of your current paid billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.

Exceptions

In the rare event of a duplicate charge or a verified billing error caused by FlipBlip or our payment processor, we will issue a full refund of the erroneous charge. To report a billing error, contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of the charge.

Disputes

We ask that you contact us at [email protected] before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute. We will work promptly to resolve any legitimate issue.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any FlipBlip tool, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our tools.

License

Upon activation of a valid license key, FlipBlip grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the purchased tool for your own business purposes. You may not resell, sublicense, share, or distribute your license key.

One License Per User

Each license key is issued for use by a single user on a single device. Use of a single license key across multiple users or devices is prohibited.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use FlipBlip tools only for lawful business purposes. You may not use our tools to generate fraudulent documents, misrepresent your identity or business, or engage in any illegal activity.

No Warranty

FlipBlip tools are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the tools will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. You use the tools at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlipBlip and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use our tools, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to FlipBlip in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Data Responsibility

All data entered into FlipBlip tools is stored locally in your browser. FlipBlip has no access to this data and accepts no responsibility for data loss resulting from browser storage being cleared, device failure, or any other cause. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of important business documents.

Subscription and Billing

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis through Lemon Squeezy. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges at the rate displayed at checkout until you cancel. Pricing is subject to change with reasonable notice.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Lemon Squeezy customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Termination

FlipBlip reserves the right to revoke your license key and terminate your access without refund if you violate these Terms, attempt to abuse or circumvent the license key system, or engage in fraudulent activity.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this section will reflect the most recent update. Continued use of our tools after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
